Tanya Shields Photography has specialized in newborn, baby and family photography for the Halifax Regional Municipality and surrounding area for almost 15 years. In 2018, clientele grew to include equine portraiture, and 2023 brought expansion into the world of modern sports portraiture.
Drawing on her own experiences as a mother of four, Tanya is often referred to as "A baby whisperer", and always manages to find "beauty in the chaos", whether that be with brand new babies, young families, athletes or animals.
